Andrea Bersani. Pescatore di idee is the exhibition opening on Thursday 7 July at 7 pm at the gallery.

The show will run until 28 July and can be visited during summer opening hours:
Monday to Friday, 4–7.30 pm.

The exhibition presents the multifaceted creative activity of Andrea Bersani (1955–2022), with a particular focus on his abstract painting.

The artist graduated from the local Art Institute in decorative painting. From 1975 onwards, he worked in visual communication as a graphic designer, advertiser, illustrator (notably for Mandarina Duck campaigns and the Ferretti Yachts brand), satirical author and visual artist.

In 2019, the gallery hosted his solo exhibition Typopainting, entirely dedicated to his abstract works, accompanied by a critical text by Bruno Benuzzi. The catalogue is available at the gallery.
