The works of Fiorenza Puggioni Giori speak of the places of her life — both physical places she has lived in or visited, and inner landscapes of the soul. The use of extremely light supports, treated with scagliola, reflects the delicacy of her gaze, which moves between vast landscapes of familiar or distant lands, minimal details of walls, and the intimate paths of imagination.

Fiorenza is one of those rare artists who, indifferent to trends and fashions, translates her inner landscapes with lyrical and refined spontaneity, creating new worlds that convey a deep sense of freedom.

BIOGRAPHY
Fiorenza Puggioni Giori was born in Sorso, Sardinia, to a Sardinian father and an Austrian mother. Due to her parents’ work, she travelled extensively from a young age, absorbing images, colours and emotions that later informed her artistic practice. Her work gives form to distant memories, emotional states, dreams, and everything that captures her attention, generating curiosity and emotional resonance. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna under Pompilio Mandelli and Maurizio Bottarelli.
